Engaged! (but not married)

We got engaged at the beach this week. We tried to elope because Alex is jealous of Todd and Suzy, but of course everything is harder in Asia. It would have been great tho: Monks, elephant rides, beach... too bad we would have had to go all the way back to Bangkok to make it legal before actually getting married... so My Pen Rei (whatever). Sorry to my family for not telling you over the phone first (mostly to you mom), it's hard to get access to international phones at the beach. I'll call you when I get back to Bangkok or home...on Sunday! Don't ask about our wedding plans cause we have none for now. Maybe another destination wedding. See you all soon!
